Staying Strong

Hey Everyone, i just wanted to share something that happend last night. To those of u who arent familiar with my story, my b/f and i are addicted to oxycontin. We are now currently on Day 4 detox and we are very proud of ourselves however we could not have done it without the support of everyone on this forum. So back to last night. Jason has been downloading movies associated with drug use, especially opiate use. It keeps us straight and keeps us occupied in the evenings which is the worst time for us. Anyways last night we were watching "BasketBall Diaries" when the phone rang. It was our dealer! (i guess he was starting to worry..lol) We both looked at each other for a few seconds and then i said DONT ANSWER IT!! Jason then said "no i'm not." The phone stopped ringing and we went back to watch a movie.

just wanted to share that with u guys. ttyl :)

Hey there, that is a great story. I am tossing around the idea of detoxing after 5 yrs of oxycodone 40 mg 3-4 times a day. Harsh, huh? If I am going thru it and I am going ape ****, I realize I need not to talk to anyone. If the chance of scoring arrives nearby, I will cave. You are an inspiration to all of us awaiting the train ride back to a normal life....Thanks for that, you are for real and I want to live in your world...how do I get there?
