tramadol addiction

I am addicted to tramadol and would like to know if I qualify for the suboxen treament. I have abused vicoden and other opiate pain killers and was able to get off of them without professional treatmernt
( it was hell).  I have been taking tramadol at least 4 years and have tried to quit but withdrawal is murder.  It's much worst than vicoden.  I take approx 1000mg daily.  Since tramadol is not classified as a narcotic I don't know if insurance would approve the suboxen treament.
Thanks so much.
