THANKS EVERYONE
Im now 73 hours clean.....feeling pretty good ....lastnight was rough cramps...anxiety but this morning I fell better than I have in a long time...Does anyone know when abouts the cramps and low energy start to decline?

Everyone is different when it comes to severity and length of symptoms. For me personally, I never had cramps. the anxiety started to subside at day 20 or so for me. I still have stomach problems occasionally..
I think the cramping lasted the longest. It did for me, too. WOW!! 73 hours clean. Three whole days and counting. I couldn't have made it w/o this forum either. No one really understood what I was going through so I came here and posted and got plenty of support.
