Tramadol addiction

From reading this forum I now realise that i am adicted to Tramadol, taking around 800mg a day. I recently ran out of them and have experience the following symptoms:

Pains in my legs
Shortness of breath
Chronic fatigue

Please could someone  tell me if these are typical withdrawal symptons and any other information that I may need such as other symptons I am likely to expect.

I am worried.
Thankyou

It's normal!  Are you on any other meds?  Have any health problems?  If you have any health problems, you need to see a doc about this. Don't do it alone if it could get complicated by health issues.  Drink extra fluid like gatorade and apple juice.  Take lots of hot baths.  You're likely to have trouble sleeping, so if that happens, just don't be alarmed and don't take any benadryl or tylenol PM.  They will only make it worse.

When was your last pill?

I dont know much about Tramadol but I have heard that you do withdrawl from it when going off and your symtoms sound like withdrawls.  The shortness of breath has me a little worried but that could very well be anxiety which is a sign of withdrawls.  Keep checking back.  I just wanted you to know that your question can be seen.  I'm sure someone will have some answers for you soon.  Take care
