I agree with above that your sleep pattern will be the last thing to come back, I am on Day 15 and sleep has been tough for me. Falling to sleep hasn't been bad but as you can see I am up now at 5am after going to bed at 11pm. Which is OK and It has certainly gotten much better. Exercise, hot baths, sleepytime tea and hylands for the legs. Don't get frustrated in time it will come around and you will be back to normal. Congrats on Day8
I am having a baby to and I just found out today I 3 weeks I take about 8 hydro 10 a day and I want to stop but I am scared of the w/d
tonic water is supposed to help as well...if u r deficient in iron it can make rls worse as well..hang in there..lots of otc stuff that can help like scared said..also valerian root helped me sleep...be safe and sleep is important to recovery...talk to ur doctor if it doesnt improve
have you tried any otc sleep aid? also try benadryl that will help with the sleep...as for your legs, hot baths, bananas and hylands restful legs ...you are doing so well. 8 days way to go!!! it will get better every day..stay strong you can do this...
Sleep, or lack of, is one of the longer lasting withdrawal symptoms, along with the RLS. It took til day 10 for me to get a descent nights sleep.
Getting some exercise can help a lot, even though you may feel to tired, you'll need to push yourself. Hot baths before bedtime too.
Hang in there, it will get better.
