i hope some one can talk me out of getting more pain meds

i have been off the oxys since Thursday and once again my hiv leg pain is killing me, since i am going off a short stint of oxys 18 mg on for 2 weeks after 3.5 years of Fentanyl for pain so i feel flat and lifeless from the oxy withdrawel not as bad as the fentynal withdrawel wich took 2 months and a six day blackout to get better from it the withdrawl from oxys is 50 time less but crappy and the pain is telling me to go to the ER to get some relief i am doing everything possible from the Thompson recipe to hot baths but the pain is eating me alive again

Chronic pain and the trait of addiction should not be handed out to a single person//but often it is

chronic pain makes us prime candidates...we r able to get scrips cos we do have a legit pain complaint..narcs give most addicts nrg//stats say that if a person feels euphoric and enegized on narcotics..that the addictive tendency is there...many peeps/most peeps/just get sleepy taking narcotics//and they r lucky! Plus chronic pain wears u out!  so the nrg is welcomed..until they turn on us

Remember the reasons u quit..relapse doesnt solve anything...may feel like it would help right now..but we both know it will not..keep pposting

remeber if you do this it is just going to be a temp fix then the pain willo be back and you will feel guilty on top .you dont want that.What type of recovery care are you getting.

breathe through it ... keep strong. don't give in to the pills/addiction.

you can do this...you can get past this.

have you tried walking around? moving the leg around? can you?

I'm sorry, i don't have much to stay...except stay strong. don't give in.
