I mean...this may seem a little drastic but when I had a similar issue with a pharmacy back in the day...I told the pharmacy I would file a complaint with the Board of Pharmacy and they fixed it. I see your in Florida...I will link you below to your states Board of Pharmacy and complaint page.

Basically...if its a pharmacy error...it will show in there computer AND your doc has a copy of the original script. Thats if you want to go that route. Personally, Id just have my prescribing doc or the original pharmacy call over and straighten it out.
Good luck to you
How big is this new pharmacy? Is there only 1 pharmacist?
Since you have all your transaction history, your old containers, etc. this is what I'd do. I'd find out who the manager is at this pharmacy and write down the mgr's name and best time to reach them. And then one last time, I'd approach the one that refuses to admit his error and tell him you don't want to have to "go above his head", but if he isn't willing to work with you and review the factual proof that the script has been entered in the computer in error....you'll need to get the managing pharmacist involved.
Hope that makes sense.....you should have recourse this way if his pride continues to stand in the way of admitting a clerical error. Approach it with kindness and a good attitude.....you just may get it resolved~
Hi & Welcome! I don't know what to tell you about the pharmacy. Maybe talk to your prescribing physician and he may be able to straighten it out. Glad you are tapering and looking to come off of that. Stick around. This is a great place for support.
