I'm new at this hope its right. I have been taking hydros for 6 yrs at first for med reasons then to feel normal. I quit taking them on Monday so Im on day 7. I still feel tired and nervous and sick to my stomach, I biggest question is who will I be with out good old Mr, Watson? I just keep thinking of my kids and hoping I find myself again.

The depression is a life long problem. Need to get help with that. I'm going to my first NA meeting tomarrow! Hope they have help to deal with the mential part!

I would be careful of the lorazapan as it can be addictive and very hard to detox from. Just want to keep you safe. Have you tried counseling as aftercare makes a huge difference in recovery. Is the depression from the pills?

Thanx all! Day 8 Still tired but Im determined!! Im slowly finding out who I am! I do need to find a Pyc dr I have bad depression. Already on lorazapan for anxity.

Congrats on 7 days, you should start feeling better anytime soon. I am sure you are thru the physical part by now but now the hard part comes, the mental part. Do you plan on doing any aftercare as it will make all the difference in recovery. Mr Watson should be out of your life so you will get back to the old you before you know it so hang in there and Congrats on taking back control of your life. God Bless---Rick
