Weight Gain Anyone?

I've fixed my hair & makeup for the first time in 3 days.  I'm going shopping!  And not for pills, but for food.  I've eaten the house empty.  I know the appetite is a good thing, but has anyone put on weight w/all of this?

I was 143lbs when I quit using 40 days ago, now I'm pushing 165-170lbs. I exercise 5-8 hours a day.  Skiing, lifting and climbing all in the same day, I've been eating decent and packing on some good muscle weight, lots of protein shakes :D.  I look a lot healthier now, and I feel a lot healthier I actually poop.  I have the most disgusting appetite I've ever seen on a human being I can sit down and eat for hours, once I hit 175 I'm gonna go into a cutting phase and shred some excess fat.

well, i'm still wd,  i have an appetite but i haven't had my usual snacks this week....so, i have lost 1 1/2 #...love popcorn and i have only been able to eat  it once this week! My stomach is killing me tonight!

i was one of the few unfortunate ones who gained weight while using.. like 50 pounds but i think its because i couldnt walk as much as i used to i assume......now that im clean ive lost 25 pounds.....dont know how but i have......

Yes,i am an ex-bodybuilding competitor.I have a diploma in health & sport nutrition. i competed in the late 70s and early 80s,i was quite successful and very dedicated to my nutritional criteria.The narcotic pain meds-when in our system,slow the metabolic rate,I.E.Fat-gain,Remember now you are Clean & Sober. Some of your weight gain is from the Catabolic,Wasting of muscle&bone tissue,a direct result of substance abuse.THe body now is gaining/replacing your healthy tissue,also a little fat gain,as the bodt overcompensates when in a malnurished state. Now your body is stockpiling in case of famine.You are in an excellent position to due some moderate weight-training as you want a healthy sobriety. I've lost way to much weight doing the Hydros. I want to gain some back so I have a butt again!  lol.  But really I want my muscle tone back.  I was in such good shape before and now people ask me if I'm sick.  Well yeah, I am.

yes, for me gaining weight back made me feel so good about myself, i look a hundred times better now.  1 was down to 150 lbs at the end of my use, and now im almost 170 in 2 months, woo hoo, lol.  i eat like a pig again, need to get off the fast food kick though, next habbit i need to kick, hehe

do not worry about weight at this time.  All will come to gether for you if your mind is your own.   Trust the process and be kind to yourself.

I gained while using 32 pounds I went from a size 5 to a 12 I was really upset .it took me 6 months to get back into a five .
