What is she using now?

My girlfriend has been a heroin user for 3 months until she admitted herself to the local hospital. The hospital sent her to a rehab clinic where she stayed for 3 days of detox. The doctors there prescribed suboxone, which seems to have worked great for her as she didn't experience any withdrawals. She started looking totally different (in a great way) and is very proud of her accomplishment to get sober.
However, the past couple of days, she went back close to the city where she used to get her dope and would act very strange when she comes back. She also asks me for money but I have no idea what she goes and buy but I know it's not legit. She would get very upset with me when I question her and I very carefully look at her arms and there are no fresh needle marks. Also, she takes suboxone in front of me. Is there a way that she is already back on heroin or is she using another drug now? If so, what drugs can one use while on suboxone?

I would ask to speak to the manager and then ask do you know what time, (gf's name), will be in?

It is extremely stressful Michele. I got the phone # for the store online, however, I am wondering if it would be appropriate to call the Manager and ask him if in fact she got the job. If she did get it, the Manager may be wondering why I made the call to check considering she allegedly just got the job this morning. What do you guys think? Should I make the call? If so, how should I ask?

Hello and good morning!  Well if it were me, I wouldn't hesitate to pick up the phone and call and find out.  I don't beat around the bush though, and I would definitely wanna know if she is telling the truth before I gave her a car where she could go get dope with.  Glad she had somewhere to stay for the night, though.

She spent the night at her friend's who lives with her parents. Her friend had to sneak her in and she slept in the basement. She texted me this morning and said that she got a job for $9/hour with Victoria's Secret, which is very doubtful. When I replied saying how stange it was that she got a job this quick, she said that she is tired of me doubting her every move. I wonder if it would be appropriate to call that store and ask them if in fact she did get the job! Now, she said she just needs the car that I promised to get back and forth to work. Again, I wonder if this is just a plot for me to get her the car so she can go get her drugs freely.

Hi~   Yes,that takes care of the immediate problem. This really bites...but you're in it and it's on you to help. It's the moral and proper thing to do for any friend.  As I said,I'd do the same...actually have back in the day.   I don't doubt she loves you...let's see what happens now that she's out of her element for awhile...

I am staying at a friend's till May 1st. He knows her story and absolutely refuses for her to move in (I can't really say I blame him). I am going to try to get her a hotel room for a week or so until I figure something out.
