Withdrawal effects of Vicodin and Tramadol

As some of you know I'm an addicted to Xanax and I'm working in my tapering off of this benzo, but I had also taked as prescribed, Vicodin 5/500mg and Tramadol 50mg for over a year. I don't think that I am addicted to these opiates psychologically, never took more than prescribed the Tramadol( twice daily) and the Vicodin when I had migraine-which happened to be 3 or 4 times a week, yes.
The problem is that i quit cold turkey these opiates and I'm feeling daily pain in shoulder blades, like knots forming there and are painful to the touch, my muscles in the back of the neck and shoulder are tense and almost daily I have migraines, which is very debilitating.
I'm not feeling anxiety or panick attacks, so I think is not from the Xanax tapering off.
Could it be that these symptoms are from the Vicodin/Tramadol withdrawal? What can it helps to at least avoid the migraines?
Thans in advance for your input.

I quit the Tramadol and the Vicodin about 3 weeks ago, but have took once or twice since then only when I had migraines and did not help, so I did not take more officially about a week ago.

Trams should be tapered off of. When did you quit? If it has been a couple of days, ride out the storm. It is quite normal to feel pain and knots while withdrawing. These subside after a week or two.
