60 mgs is a relatively low dose, unusual to have rls but possible....some non-addicts like my mom have rls
there is an article in the health pages on rls that is full of info....sedentary folks are more likely to have this than those who exercise and stay active.
Exercise releases dopamine and an addicts brain during wd needs dopamine,,,lack of dopamine causes rls. Parkinsons is a disease where folks lose their dopamine slowly over time, causing them to jerk and shake, but that is permanent. WDs will end very soon
good luck to u
hi,i know how rotten rls is, there are a few things to help, take hot baths with epsom salts in, drink tonic water for the quinine in it, you can get hylands restful legs from wal mart, also eat banas for the potassium , get some calcium/magnesium supplements, drink gatorade, and do some walking, i really wish you well, sudie
