can't send notes*

Sorry, not a drug related question.....I just can't send anyone notes.....does anyone know why?
Maybe randomly one will go through.  It ***** cuz I think me peeps thinks I'm not social. lol

I can send notes but I have been wondering about this for a while as it seems to be the most taxing operation for my computer when I'm on Med help. As soon as I hit send,my screen gets faint and it looks as if it's going into a mild brown-out-like state. Then  after a few seconds pass it finally shoves the message through .  I know this is probably unrelated to this but just wanted to tell someone ;)))

Hey Spider! I had this issue a few months ago and it ended up being  related to my internet security. I guess the pop up blocker can interfere with sending notes. It views the little note box that comes up as a pop up. I had to disable my pop up blocker and it fixed it immediately. If you can't figure it out, there is a forum called improve medhelp suggestions. Post on there and they will walk you through it. Good luck to you! I know how frustrating this can be.

I can only send notes from my phone but not from my laptop. U can find the moderators on our friends lists and they can help you. I enjoy your messages! Hope you get back up and running!

Hey Spidey, I've had trouble at times as well..a few weeks ago I couldn't even log on from my android...send Emily the moderator a message...she's on my friends list..so u can find her there...but yea I've even had trouble getting my messages & then it will just kick me off!!...so IDK WTF!!??...hope u can get it straightened out BC its a pain!!!...love ya girl....
