day 4 and im proud

1 month ago i thought heroin was going to kill me i cant beleive i have went through 4 days of pure agony but ihave and all at mh have helped in supporting me i will never go back on heroin as times in the last 4 days it would have been easier to go out and buy heroin i cant beleive i have done this so no going back for me now kim and letakos are also so proud of me mh is the most amazing and helpful site i have ever come across all the support i recived was awesome im no over the worst yet but no i will sucseed i wish to thank all who helped and supported me over te last 4 days you guys are awesome and if you ever see anyone struggling with heroin or opiate addiction please tell them that we can come back from that evil with courage strenght willpower and self beleife that it can be done like i said i peaked yesterday and still feel as bad today but i know for sure i could not go throuhh all this misery again i no it would kill me thank all at mh it is truly an amazing site and i thank you all from my heart you all deserve a big bear hug and we all can help and support others who are strugglig my own family have offerd me no support but freinds i have never met can although i feel i have known some as if they were right by my side as iv said im still ill but with each day that passes i am getting stronger in my head my body still aches and the sickness has not left me yet im still w/d but i will see this through to the end once again i thank our mh family for you guys are awesome James
