colloidal minerals

i changed slightly the thomas recipe by using a high performance mineral supplement in liquiid form. this stuff is loaded with plant sourced minerals. i got it from the local homoepathic expert where i live along with the L- tyrosine. the difference in the " happy feet" (my name for restless legs syndrome since that is something i have had since childhood) is tremendous!  i also got Chem-chord, which is a detoxifies the poisons from the drugs as well as **** from the foods we eat. i am on day 5. i think i might make it this time. my question is HOW DO YOU GET THE MONSTER OUT OF YOUR BRAIN!!!!!!!!!!. luck to all, sway

I used the liquid collidal minerals also.

I have also had happy feet all of my life.  No sibblings ever wanted to sleep w/me.

I think people like us get the RLS even worse.  What do you think?

mmm this is a good tip  and u are doing great at day 5 :) and its good too that u are  taking here what it helps u ( and leave the rest ..)

ok, about the monster... im having some rough cravings days and i have found meditation even as a beginner a really good tool . i do feel so calm and relaxed after that im becoming a " meditation for all " advocat :) good luck with whatever u follow and tell us
