peanut...I am a stay home mom as well...I tapered so my symptoms are less than yours... but I have NO energy either.....I have decided though (don't know how old your kids are mine is 19 months) when I pick up all those toys he just drags them back out... so i gave up on that for now....i just do the basics...don't stress about it... we can't be the "supermom" we were on the pills...but we are going to be better mom's! JoAnn
congrats...energy loss is a bumber!...one of the hardest for me as i am extremely active...i worked full time and would resort to doing a rocket shot to get out of the door in the morning to go to work...and i was still late...i am lucky i was able to keep my job due to the severe fatigue i had for a while....it passes...i have accepted that i will never be the high energy person i was on pills...i think i am just like normal now...but that is fair i guess
Hi Peanut~
Congratulations of your 5th day!
Yeah, good thing you are a stay at home mom while you go through this.
More than anything, energy was my biggest complaint. If you're having problems w/no sleep to, it contributes to the lack of.
Can you force yourself to do something small? Like go through that stack of mail and toss out? Or fold just one load of laundry? That's it. You be amazed at how much better it can make you feel.
At 5 months, I haven't experienced the energy I used to get from the pills, and I took around the same amount that your did. I do miss the energy, but lieke the fact that I can now do everything I used to. It doesn't mean I like it though. Geeze, I used to actually like housework!

I can relate with you so much. Energy and sleep are the last things to come back unfortunatly. At least it was for me. I think they kinda go hand in hand. You just have to wake up with mind set that you are going to get such and such done today. Start off slow. Everyday work your way up. I known the last thing you want to do is go out but fresh air worked wonders for me. Go for a walk or toss a ball with the kids. It passes time and takes your mind off of wanting to take a pill. Yes everything was way easier to do when we are on pills but just know that things will get easier every day that you are not on them. Good luck to you. I'm here for ya!
By day 7 you should start to feel almost brand new. The energy is one of the last things to come back completely but I found that the vitamins listed in the Thomas Recipe really helped me with the energy especially but also with the sleep issues. In the meantime walking is a great way to slowly work up your energy levels and also eat lots of bananas! Take it easy with the housework even though I know it's really bothering you. When we try to push ourselves it makes our mind pay tricks on us and think that the pills would provide us with just enough energy to get through the task at hand. SO NOT TRUE!! Stay strong~~~~You're so close to rounding the corner and seeing the brighest light you've seen in quite a while. :-)
5 days today in my other entry i went into more detail
I forgot to ask you how many days clean do you have????
Oh boy do I ever know how it feels to sit around all day and look at your dirty house and yet still not have the energy to get up and do anything about it!! You know the answer has nothing to do with Loratabs and everything to do with you remaining strong against using and also by you giving yourself a break about the house. I assure you the mess will still be there when you feel well enough to tackle it, until then keep the house cleaning in the proper perspective, toward the bottom of your list, at least for now.
((((HUGS))))
will definitely give it a try, THANKS
Yeah!!!! dont do that!!!!
Try Mona vie.... Acai berry.
Also if you force yourself to exercise you'll get better faster.
