Man oh man day 14

Just checking in on day 14, anxiety is not good this morning, but working through it!!!  Mornings are so bad and I can't figure out why.  My insides shake uncontrollably...God please take this away!!!! Two weeks have gone by and I am thankful for that, just waiting to be normal again....At least everything else is better.  One day at a time!!!ANXIETY *****!

Yes I make myself walk everyday!  I just need some motivation and it feels good to hear it will pass...Sometimes I feel like I am always going to feel this way.  Thank you for the good news.Just going to keep on truckin...In my life I have been through so many things and have always been strong so I know I can do this.  I will be a better person for it.  Thanks again for the support!

I used to have to get out of bed the second my eyes opened!  Two weeks is great.  Don't give up!  This will pass.  I know it's not fun to deal with, but get out of bed and try to stay busy and moving!  Do you exercise?  That can help anxiety and depression as well as energy!
