day four had a good day was in good spirits......now like clock work 1030 it start it hurts so bad.....im actully craving for the first time..cant get it out of my head...i just want to pour them down and drift away :(

you will have upsand downs I was just thinking te same thing lol my head just started hurting I took a deep breathe and then said to myself no I'm not gonna give in I'm gonna fo tithe store and buy a GIHUGEIC chocolate bar and eat it and in fact i'm heading there now lol ;) don't give in! do something keep your mind occupied read a book take a hot bath relax. go for a walk the hotter outside the better drink water or gatoraid ;) you had a UP better then not having any at all stay strong stick to your goal!!
