Thomas recipe question

The only benzo I can get for the recipe is ativan, how many do I need to take a day for the first three days?

Melatonin, up to 10mg is safe for sleep. Cut back amount as you sleep better. Tylenol PM works too.

I think they are 0.5. What do u suggest otc for sleep?

are they 1 mg ativan?  if so then 1/4 of a pill as needed thru the day should be enuf unless u have a tolernce to benzos...1 a day/at amx 2 should work for u...i had valium which is weaker than ativan and it used 3 pills that week..i had 10 mg valium and cut them into quarters...i did not use them for sleep tho....benzos are not designed for sleep but for anxiety..it would be best to use something designed for sleep that first week if u can
