Gonna give it a try!

So here I go.  Today is 6 weeks from going cold turkey from xanax.  I was taking .5mgs a day for a little over a year.  I am currently down to .15mgs of Norco a day...sometimes more...sometimes less.  I really want off these frickin things but I do have chronic body pain.  I can't explain it other than my feet hurt, knees hurt, arms hurt..all the damn time.

I do know that some of it is stress related which is why I began xanax in the first place.  Anyway...I would like some advice on how to quit these evil white pills.  I do work excessive hours at work...always have....at least 70 hours per week but I do make good money.

I have been reading other posts and I know that my doseage is quite a bit smaller than others but these things have a hold on my mind.  IT *****!

Any help would be appreciated.

have you skimmed the health pages?  over to your right..the thomas recipe/along with exercise you can tolerate is a life saver when getting off those puppies...good luck and flushing when you are ready/as well as cutting off any supply/is also a good idea to be sure u do not get tempted..only takes one pill to start all over again
