I know you weren't asking me, but bananas are recommended for the potassium- potassium helps keep your nerves firing correctly.
Lack of potassium is usually marked by muscle weakness, fatigue, muscle cramps.
Avisg is the one to listen to about the w/d, but I just wanted to share with u my experience with ultram. WELL after I got off norco I against my better judgement filled a scrip for 200 ultram cr. It was 1 pill a day I figured what harm could it cause right?? WRONG of all the stuff I have taken including the small dose of methadone those little pills were the WORST!! I ran out and didnt think anything of it and then went through a week of withdrawel not even realizing it because I wasnt at all mentally addicted to them at all. It finally dawned on me what happened. Good luck to u!!!
Hey avis, I am just curious as to why bananas are recommended for RLS. I ate a ton of them and it did not seem to help, lol. I even ate them partially green because I could not find any ripe ones at the store! haha...
I see this recommended a lot and am curious as to how it benefits this. The electric blanket was a life saver though. AND hot tubs/hot baths!!!
I am using Imodium for the diarrhea, benadryl to sleep, lots of fluids and vitamins. Look up the Thomas detox recipe on this site and he has alot of great advice for going through w/d's. I have had to resort to energy drinks to get somethings accomplished because of the lack of energy is hell. Good luck and keep your goal because you will feel much better soon.
Your looking at a week of this after you stop .hem all together. Try an electric blanket for the RLS and aches I know its summer but I WD in sept it was a life saver .Bananas help as well.
