well, i havent had a pill since 8:30 this am, and im starting to feel it ts now 3:18...i have to say that the perks i get are from a family member and when i called this person crying my eyes out because i have no more she said that she will help me taper off....BUT I CANT!   if i get a couple of pills i just eat them to get the same high i have at the end of the day of taking 10 to 12 10/325 perks....im starting to get the shakes and all i can think about is when my family member comes to pick me up that i cant wait to take a pill...what is wrong with me..i have a wonderful daughter and a great husband...i cant tell you all how much i have taken from them because of my addiction....

Yes today is day one of your taper, is there anyway this family member or a close friend or hubby can hold on to them and only give to you what you need at the time. A lot of us find it difficult to taper as we want to gobble them up as fast as we can. Congratulations on acting on your desire to get clean. If you taper you should be able to work but the day you quit all, you might take Fri. and Mon off and make it a long weekend to get over the worst.. Take care

pretty good worried! ...yeah about 15-20 aday...im sitting here at work feeling awful...i work in customer service on the phones all day so this isnt fun!

Okay...I saw that u posted earlier and u were taking 15-20 a day.....tapering is hard but would be a good idea if u can give the pills to someone to dole out to u each day...maybe ur mom since u told her....and that is if u can get anymore pills..I s this an option?  getting more to taper with?  If not you can CT and u will not die but it will be tough for a week or so...if u have a doctor u can talk to to help u with this then I would.....keep posting

How many were you taking ecah day and for how long?  there is alot of support here but tell us a little more..
