hydrocodone day 2

I'm so glad I found this page. I have been taking lore tabs/hydro codone for about 7 years I have stopped one time for about 10 months. During this time I was pregnant. I took 1 pill per day but once I had my daughter my usage progressed again. I'm just so tired of being dependent or having my mood based on how many pills I have stashed in my purse. I want to live my life dependent free. This is my 2nd full day my last dose was Sunday night. I have nausea chills sneezing very sensitive to touch flu like symptoms. I've taken iburpfen 400mgx2 also melatonin which helped me sleeps 4 hours straight last night. Constant sweating and skin has like a sweaty feel to this. My last detox took about a week where I didn't go to work. What's so hard is I have a 9 month old and noone around knows what I'm going through.any ideas for the pain in legs also the sneezing and flu like symptoms. I've quit cold turkey and ready to win this battle once and for all!

Restless legs hylands and bananas, since u were on opiates with Tylenol in them try keep some Tylenol in your system too. Immodium in a little higher dose helped me big time for a few days. Since u are sweating a lot keep really hydrated. I got dehydrated during my detox and it was awful. Sleep when baby sleeps. Maybe enlist one person close to u that yiu can be honest with so they can help you or just tell someone you have the flu. That may get you some help for a few days. You are
Doing great. Keep at it.  You have so very much to look forward to! Keep posting.

Yes almost done with the physical. Today I was able to go to the grocery store. Went outside to sweat a while. The mental is still there. I keep thinking about buying pills but I know that's not what I need to do.

Congrats on quitting!!!  I would recommend Hyland's Restless Leg for the RLS.  Try the Thomas Method.  If you google it it should come up.  I took it for two weeks and it helps a lot.  I also ate lots of banana's and used Epsom Salt in the bath.  I took lots of baths.  Helped a lot.

hey congrats on quitting.  the advice I can give is a TON of hot showers or baths...as many as it takes.  I'm withdrawing from 10 yrs of tramadol abuse and I used to be on Percocet and cold turkey'd off that so I know exactly how u feel.  you should start to feel better soon.  keep posting.  the ppl here are great.
