thankingyou

I don't know how to get back toa ll who answered me.  Do I reply to each? or can I just pose an answer to everyone.  This is my first forun, and I'm lost and just astounded at how helpful everyone was.  My husband and I just sat reading and crying together, it was so uplifting.  I'm going thru some harder hours, no sleep, etc.  even tho I think I feel better.  Thanks so much.  I will keep posting if I can figure this out.  love to all, pippasqueek

Hi pippa, good to hear from you again. Your hubby sounds like a great guy. I'm glad you have support. I know how you feel right now. Hang in there, selfinduced gave some excellent suggestions. Also, if I were feeling cranky, which was a lot ;) I would find something funny to watch. It's hard to concentrate at first, but gradually you'll find yourself getting involved in what you're watching and even find yourself laughing. Humor has been instrumental in helping me make it through.

Take care and keep posting!

Hugs,

Minn

Hi Pippa! I was thinking about you. This has to be about day 8 w/o pills for you? I know you are still in a fragile state, but in a few more days you will more settled. Thats awesome your husband is on board and supporting you. The sleep will be a little slower to return, but I promise it will. Drink some sleepy time tea, warm baths before bed, soft music etc. So very proud of you. Before you know it, you will have the old YOU back and enjoy all that this life was mean't to be! Oh as far as responding to all, just keep posting on this thread. Keep it up girl, your on your way.....
