I also think there is a tea called Sleepy time tea.
like domino said..there r things over the counter to help...valerian root being another to add to the list above...it helped me more as melatonin gave me a droggy feeling in the am...but it will help u sleep...benadryl is the drug in tylenol pm...and u can get it without it being in another from..just straight benadryl
also..if these do not work..there r safe drugs ur dr can RX like phenergan..many use muscle relaxers (not soma) for sleep as they r not habit forming

You could try some melatonin or Tylenol PM. Warm baths or showers can sometimes help. Sleep seems to be hard to come by early in wd but it does come back. sara
