Hey Amanda-

Welcome-
The thing is, if your main reason for using is severe depression, then coming off the trams is gonna be awful for you.  You know it has a SSRI in it?  I hear that you've listed a bunch of things that you've tried, but they are all drugs to get off drugs.  It never works.  You have to get yourself into a program where you can get to the root of why you use, and teach you new forms of coping and life skills if you want to be successful in your recovery (and I hear that you do)  If the root of the using IS depression, then you need to seek counseling, CBT, and possibly an antidepressant.

Listen, it's not gonna change because you stop the drugs.  It's gonna change because you Change your thinking and therefore your behaviour.  This is near impossible to do alone.
There are many recovery programs.  NA/AA, Celebrate Recovery, SMART recovery (my choice) to name a few.  They are free and available to you at any time.
We need to share our secrets and really humble ourselves and ask for help.  Because addiction is life threatening and soul destroying.  It takes everything.  And it is not curable, but you CAN put it into remission with aftercare.
Think about it, okay?

Became addicted to ultram in 2001. Now anything to avoid withdrawl. I DO NOT USE TO GET HIGH ANY LONGER. At I ne time yes. I was up to 40 tramadol/ultram a day. Ive been through rehab and suboxone programs with no avail. But after I weaned from subs I have been taking roughly 7 tramadol a day or whatever I can find. Id like to just stop. But as a mother I do need to function and have no support with help with caring for children on the days I just cant.
I Recently cut off quite a few of those who are no good for me so my supply has drastically went down. So may days of not feeling well are becoming more and more. Im sick of it. But I no way in any shape or form am strong enough to just quit cold turkey and deal with the withdrawls.
Also I have a ton of other issues that cause severe depression. So I know im susceptible to relapse when that starts. I havent had anything since yesterday afternoon. I just went and bought a $20 bottle of kratom extract. It did help a little with body pains and im able to function but the anxiety is still there. Not looking forward to the morning. Thats hoping this helps me sleep. just trying to stay busy while I can.

Thanks for answering btw.

It is known to be addicting in and of itself. If you really want to get clean, I suggest you do it without the use of "maintenance" drugs (for lack of a better term. Tell us a bit about yourself. Maybe we can help you with alternatives.
