Just realized! I'm 4 months clean today!

I'm VERY happy about it but wow it's been hard.  Some awsome weeks and some stressful ones mixed in.  With no real rhyme or reason to it.  I'm ready for those PAWS anxiety attacks to back off.  Any time now would be fine with me. LOL.  

I could not/would not have made it this far without this place!  Thanks for all the awesome support and advice from everyone.  You know who you all are!

To celebrate I stopped by GNC and finally found some L-Thieanine to help me relax.  I have to say that it works great.  Like a mild xanex or valium but without making me sleepy.  I wish I'd tried it weeks ago!

congratulations to you!!!! That is fantastic! i am very happy for you..I agree with you 100% about this forum..i wouldn't have been able to do it either..or stay clean without the wonderful caring support I have had..I have met some wonderful people..Everyday can only get better...

I love my theanine!  200 mg and I am cool!....4 months is great...congrats...paws or hard times    dont know but i have had them and i am just a week or so behind u....i am accepting that I do not need to blame all bad days my use of pills tho...everyone has them...cravings are different...those suk...but i am really trying to accept that every day is not a good day and it is this way for all....i was tending to blame every bad day on PAWS or something associated with my use....I am just normal and get stressed out and tired sometimes...i am human...good going and so glad u found theanine
