need all the help i can get

im hurting so bad right now on 45 hours of detox....i feel like im dying...i feel like im losing everything...i need help

Yes, there is a list of amino acids that help and it is in the Health pages on the top right or bottom right of the screen. I can send to you if you would like. It tells what each one is for and you may have minimal w/....I did....and I took 6 Lortab 10/650 per day for 7 years. I take several of the amino's and a good multi-vitamin. It helped me a lot and now I am 45 days clean.

Years --maybe 8,9 years.  I've taken up to 12 a day.  Now I'm down to 3 or less,  but the time I "need" it is when I wake up, when I go to be, or a couple to just relax on the couch.  Any natural remedies, camomile tea or anything to help?

I am so sorry! It will get better. I am praying for you. Try the hot bath. It helps the pain and relaxes you as well. I really think it might help, it couldn't hurt. Please try it, I will continue to pray for you.

im not sleepy at all yet...and i took a benadryl...i am hurting like hell though

At that dose, you may not have them as bad as some, but they are severe flu-like symptoms....restless leg syndrome, and severe mood swings.....how long have you taken them?? That helps to know what to expect also.

What exactly are the precise withdrawal symtoms?  I love hydro, but I do only 2-3 a day.  What will happen If I cold turkey it?
