i don't have  n e place to get help dont knowdoc.s or even my locaL COUSOULING GROUP WANT SEE ME CAUES I  MISSED TO MANY APPT.S SO I DO WHAT KNOW??????????????

Hi, sorry your feeling so hopeless. Been there. How bad do you want recovery? Are you willing to put it first in your life? Missing your appointments is not a good thing. Your recovery needs to begin with you. Sometimes as addicts we think recovery is just about stopping our drug of choice. It's so much more. We need to be accountable and responsible for making a plan and sticking to it. Have you tried NA? They will not turn you away and it's free and it's everywhere. I don't mean to sound harsh but these are things that I have been through....I tried things half heartedly and always the same result...RELAPSE. If you really want this you have to do the footwork.  You need to be around recovering addicts and you need to ask them for help. This recovery is tough but so worth it. You have to fight harder and stick with it. Please don't give up. Find a meeting and go to it tomorrow. Once you get clean and honest with yourself things just start to fall into place.
