Back from the hospital just wanted to let everyone know im here. Im craving so many things not sure what to do. I feel vulnerable.
I went to a mental hospital i was in a psychiatric ward/ unit. I just got back yesterday i was stuck there for 10 days i cut again and took lorazepam and liquor. I wasnt suicidal.
now ive realized i really need help bc theirs no way for me to get rid of all these overwhelming emotions and if i do what im soo used to i can get sent back to the hospital and i dont wanna end up back there!
what do i do?

You are strong enough to beat this.  Yes it will be difficult but anything in life worth doing is.  We are talking about your life here and right now there is nothing more important than your life and health.  We all must go down our own road and face our demons but if you have a strong mind and are willing to FIGHT you will win.

Get up and GIVE IT THE FINGER!

shawtie, i missed ya, but u know that cuz of my pm!! i just wanted to jump on your post n show ya some love.. i congradulate you on gettin back to us, and stayin clean. you are just gettin started in life, and you are going to have to learn a new way of dealing with life on its terms. life is rough, and to deal with that you have to learn another way besides cuttin, and drugs. that is an escape, a way to not deal with life. life can be wonderfull, or hard , depending on what you make it. stay here with us , we all care about you, and we are all addicts. so i wanna say im glad your back, we missed you, and WE care about YOU.....  much love
