perocet and vicodin withdrawls

ive been taking 10 to 20 perk 5mg a day for the last 8 months if i cant find perks i take vicodin its out of control ive lost my family i dont know who i am any more im going bankrupt spending 50 to 100$ this is the secind time this has happened the last time i the withdrawls were so bad it was horrible i cant believe i ever started doing these things again im terrified to go through it again but im at the end of my rope it has to stop can anyone give me some advice on how to make the withdawls a little more tollerable took about 10 perk 5s by 2 pm then nothing the rest of the day i took 2 at 8am this morning hoping i wouldnt get the runs the last time i had them for 9 days straight my plan is to take 2 a day for about a week is this a good idea would it make it any better i also plan to take 1 adapex a day for energy till the withdrawls are over so i can function at work please help

Please give it a chance a few times before going the sub route that is a last ditch effort try to be free of these pills naturally there is no free pass to go ,it takes a little discomfort some tuff days but you can do it.

Glad your here ,you have found a place of info and support ,there is something comforting knowing we are not alone and finding the tools and support to stop the pills.I see that a great person sent you the thomas recipe I only used the over counter stuff the potassium magnisium really helps with those bone pains ,get pms for sleep.well just read it and get the stuff.I went off the vics CT and was able to stay home and hide thru the awful part(just like the flu ),is there anyway to take a few days off? There are people who do work thru this so just keep reading and reading and posting it really is the magic that can get you there and really wanting it badly.I am 44 days off vics today and feel better than any day taking those pills Good Luck and stick around and play

Tapering off of them is an option. If you have the self control to do it. (many of us don't)
Suboxone is another good way, but expensive. Not as bad as what you're paying now, though. suboxone.com or naatb.org
Cold turkey is always an option too. Takes 4-5 bad days then it slowly gets better.
