hi every one i am new to this but please heip me. i have being taken zydol 50mg for over two years now and i am really trying my best to stop.when i cant get any zydol i take about ten different pain killers to just get a high. i feel so wortless and i have wonderful kids but i cant find the strenght to be a mum to them, i really think i need zydol just to get through the day. no one knows about my addiction as i would be ashamed it really has reacked my life is there hope out there please i really need a friend                  thanks   scooby322

Is Zydol, Tramadol? That sounds familiar.
I am glad you found this site! There are many on here who have experience with Tramadol. I know the w/d's can be dangerous, so please talk to a doctor as you prepare to detox.

As far as the shame of admitting addiction. you are not alone, please remember this. If you had diabetes, would you be ashamed to admit that? I know it is different, but the point is that you are addicted to the pills. It is a real disease. Again, you are not alone! You will be surprised at home much support you will actually get when you confide in people.

Stay strong! You can do this! Keep posting, someone with experience with Tramadol will be on soon I am sure

I'm sorry but I don't know what zydol is but trust me you don't really need drugs to get through life getting high is not life sweetie, it leads to death,there is hope out here and you will make many friends on this forum that will support you every step of the way in your quest to get clean which is what we do here,please don't be ashamed,addiction is an illness and you are here seeking help for your illness,everyone on here has done things they are not proud of to feed their addiction but what we all haave in common besides being an addict is wanting to get clean and that is what you are trying to do so be proud of yourself for asking for help.Keep posting and asking questions and everyone on here will help you anyway we can,prayers to you,
