Today is the first day of my vac. from work, alos 24hs from my last pills I already know what im in for and im ready nervous but ready. The w/ds started mild {Calm before the storm} I guess. I Got all of the stuff from The T- Recipe. But ne- ways I guess what I need some words of encourgement to print out to hang on my wall. Any suggestions??

Its a good idea to write what you are feeling and going thru now so when later if you get the urge read them and remind your self of the hell you had gone thru to get clean, it also may help to keep you busy. For later...while is fresh on your mind...i wish i would have made postings of the lowlife stupid things i did to get pille "like remember that time u di this"  or remember when u had to take money out of your IRA to catch up the bills?  "Remember when u lied to your dentist, laura"  some litle notes about how i felt each day so as not to repeat it...then notes about how good i felt later/things i was proud of...like i felt good about that decision today....

I made sticky notes and stuck them around the house to give me encouragement...my kids thought i was nuts...my 9 y.o.said, "mom...why are all these sticky notes here??? Are you okay?"
I didn't tell them...they had no clue......LOL

Keep your eye on the PRIZE!!! YOU GO GIRL!!!

Congrats....Everyone gave you great advive...U CAN DO THIS!!!  Just set your mind to it that it won't be too bad, and that u will be stronger then that pill......

Post as much as you can during the next several days to help stay strong....and be proud of what u r doing for yourself and those who love you...My daughter rented a movie tonite "Candy"   Heath Ledger was in it...she does not know about my problem...very good re-inforcemnt for me tonight...good movie that shows what can happen if we dont wake up and smell the roses

i am so proud of you for taking your life back...i can tell you it is not easy but you  know that.  the good news is it is over soon and you are a new person.  stay connected to the forum during w/ds it is a lifesaver, i know cuz i am still here lol.  you can so do this.  you are prepared...i was so stupid i got up one monday morning and said okay i am done....by monday nigh i was done.  but i have almost 4 months now woooohoooo.  that will be you soon.  hang in there and pm if you need to i am here for you.
