If I were you and taking time off of work was impossible, then I would google Kratom on the internet and buy some from a reputable source.  Ingest it just like a pill.  Also if you have access to neurontin, take a couple of them (100mg) or one of them (300mg) each time that you take withdrawals as long as you can.  I am also with everyone else, I would first try to taper down to at least half of that before I began the CT.  I found much success using this method.  I would also talk to a doctor about taking a cymbalta type product as emotionally you could have issues.  I tapered from as much as 240mg of oxycontin a day to 8 hydro 10/325 over the course of a year.  I know, I know that's a long taper.  I found that my withdrawals were all but gone using the above method.  If you have ever had severe withdrawals, I think it helps as when they aren't so severe your mind thinks less about them.  Also don't believe all the hype about wd's being awful and you feel like you want to die. Everyone is different and if you are ready to quit they won't be near that unbearable.  by the way, after WD's subside then slowly quit the kratom which is really easy, and by all means slowly come off of the neurontin.  The wd's aren't anything like opiates but too fast can cause seizures.

If you have acess to pills I would recommend taperring off the meds first. Thats alot of norco for a daily use. Norco is pretty easy to taper off of relatively quickly. Sounds like you are taking 4 at a time maybe. you can go to 3 at a time for a week or so and continue on. You will get some wd everytime you taper but its not bad at all. Some loss of sleep and loss of appetite for a very short time. After the wd from the first taper then reduce again. You will be able to work during this process. Also that tylenol will get your liver at that rate. 10 a day is about all your liver can handle. Tapering will also buy you some time to prepare yourself. You need to educate yourself on wd symtoms and get some time off work. You will be very weak once you get off them completely and it could be very dangerous for you to be working and dangerous for those who have to work with you.

Drink lots of water and drink ensure like lesa said. Staying hydrated will be important. Another consideration is having to run to the bathroom. Probably need to take something for this (ammodium ad) or you could get really dehydrated which is your biggest problem in the beginning. I remember having no energy b/c I would not eat anything. So force yourself to eat to keep your energy level up (maybe some energy drinks although they can dehydrate you too). Good luck. You can get through this!

It won't be easy, but I have seen some who worked straight through detox. You can always say it's the flu. You will have all the symptoms of it. Any way you can get through this it will be worth it.

some mange to work through there wd.. the time you have been on them and the amount you are taking will be rough. If you have time off next week like mon and tues day I would quit fri or sat morning and maybe you will have a easier of time with getting through the weekend.. sleep will be a big issue just take as many Hot baths/showers as you can when you get home.. I would even get some ensure drinks to keep strength and bring sports drinks as it is physical.. work may help with some of the symptoms but ya get pretty week on day 3 and 4 I'm sure others will come on with suggestions it is late. Take care and I wish you success.. lesa
