real depressed today

ITS BEEN A REAL HARD DAY FOR ME TODAY GUYS.  MY HUSBAND WENT OVER TO THE LANDLORD AND HAD HIS NAME REMOVED FROM THE LEASE WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE.  THE ONLY GOOD THING IS MY LANDLORD MADE HIM PAY THE RENT BEFORE HE TOOK HIM OFF, SO THAT GAVE ME AND THE KIDS SOME LEAD WAY FOR AT LEAST THIS MONTH.  IM VERY LONELY TONIGHT AND I MISS IM VERY MUCH.  I TRIED TO CALL HIM AND HE IS NOT AT HIS MOTHERS SO THAT MAKES ME THINK.....I DONT TRUST HIM, WHO KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING.  I TOOK 25 VICS TODAY TO GET RID OF THE PAIN (EMOTIONALLY AND PHYSICALLY) AND HAVE BEEN CRYING ALL DAY.  IN THE BATHROOM SO THE KIDS DONT SEE MOM FALLING APART.  I ALSO ASKED THE LANDLORD TO PUT ME ON A MONTH TO MONTH LEASE BECAUSE I DONT KNOW WHATS GOING TO HAPPEN FROM DAY TO DAY ANYMORE.  IM NOW OUT OF MEDICATION TIL THURSDAY UNTIL I GO TO THE DR, SO NOW I HAVE TO DEAL WITH THAT.  ANOTHER THING I DONT WANT TO HAVE TO LOOK FORWARD TOO.  BAD NIGHT GUYS.  I JUST TOOK 2 XANAXS, I HOPE THEY HELP, I CANT SLEEP, I CANT EAT .  I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO FROM 1 MINUTE TO THE NEXT.  IM MISERABLE.  I THOUGHT THIS WAS WHAT I WANTED BUT IM NOT TO SURE NOW.  SOME ADVICE WOULD BE APPRECIATED!!!!

Wow, so he is holding his ground.  Have you guys talked at all.  Does he still have the kids??  I am so sorry, hun.  Any chance he may come around?  Do you think he is trying a tough love thing?  I am so sorry.  You say you can't get anymore pills till thursday....maybe this is your time to get clean and get your life back.  I know thats probably not what you want to hear right now.  please be good to yourself.

I'm not sure that it's legal for a landlord to remove him from the lease.

Check into the Real Estate & Property Management Laws where you are.

I worked in Property Management & Real Estate.  Over here, if the both of you were on the lease, he cannot remove his name from it without you signing a new lease.  Legally he is responsible to keep up the lease.  If he was the only one on the lease, then the landlord can let him out of it, but would have to get you to sign a new one for month to month.  Be careful with that.

So you said you're out of meds till Thursday?  You must have other connections in order to get as much as you get.  If not, are you going c/t?

oh i have the kids, he will never get them.  We have only been married for 11 months. we have a 7 yr old and  a 2 yr old.  I will fight till the death for custody of them.  i already went  up and filed child support and spousal on him, he wont get him.  Im a good mom and my pills are rxd for medical reasons so.....

YES I HAVE ALOT OF OTHER CONNECTION, 2 CALLS WITHIN THE LAST 20 MINUTES BUT TH E MONEY I DO HAVE I NEED TO SAVE FOR BILLS AND WHAT NOTS NOT PILLS UNLESS I ABSOLUTELY NEED THEM AND JUST ENOUGH TO HELP ME GET THROUGH NOT NO 20 OR 30 A DAY AT $4 OR $5 A DAY A POP JUST TO COPE WITH DEPRESSION

YES, AS OF RIGHT NOW THATS WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE....I HAVE REAL PAIN THAT I GO TO A PAIN MANAGEMENT CLINIC FOR, BUT IVE TAKEN MORE OF MY SCRIPT THAN NORMAL ANDNOW IM DONE.  I CAN GET SOME AT ANY GIVEN TIME ANY TIME I NEED TO BUT ITS A MATTER IF I WANT EM.  IM EMOTIONALLY AND PHYSICALLY EXHAUSTED TODAY AND AS SOON AS I TAKE MY SLEEPING PILL (SEROQUEL) I WILL BE FINE FOR THE EVENING.  TOMORROW ON THE OTHER HAND IS A DIFFERENT STORY.

WELL IF YOUVE BEEN KEEPING UP WITH MY POST YOU WOULD KNOW I USED TO TAKE 40 OE MORE ES A DAY.  SO I HAVE BEEN TAPERING DOWN.  I TOLD MY HUSBAND(BY THE WAY HE TOOK THEM TOO ALONG WITH DRINKING AND POT)NOT AS BAD AND LEFT ME.  READ MY STORY YOULL KNOW WHATS BEEN GOING ON
