roxicodeone withdrawal, is soma ok?

If i have been taking roxicodone and im on day 3 of not takin it and im having some horrible back pain is it ok to take a soma?

If you feel that you can take it responsiby, I'd go for it.  

I had the assistance of several different pills to relieve symptoms.  It wasn't my first detox, so I knew how bad it would get.  But I didn't allow myself to take a lot, and I alternated what I took.

Soma is a muscle relaxer but it is addictive. If you have flexeril or some other non addictive muscle relaxer that would be better.

the back oain is most likely from the wd -- using more roxi will only postpone this and make it worse later. roxi is not going to be your solution right now for anything, although it is going to try to tell you that it is, every which way but loose!

use warm pacs, tylenol and or ibuprofen, warm baths or showers, and gentle exercise like walking or swimming. lie down on the floor and gently stretch. try some ice pacs alternating with the heat and see what works best for you.
