starting day 8

Here I am still sloowly putting one foot in front of the other and just trying to keep my thoughts in line.  The tiredness is killing me and I am not sure how long its gonna last but like I ve been told- I just have to be ok with not being ok for awhile.  I keep repeating this so I don't lose it.  For the most part the main symptoms have gone but still occasionally get flop sweat and high levels of anxiety, where it feels like your skin and stomach are crawling.  Wow I reaallly never want to go through this again.  It S#$% A$%!

When you make it through the next few days and feel so much better. You will wonder why you even took them to begin with.  Good luck and hang in there!

Glad to see that you are progressing!  Day 10 was a turning point for me...Not a real big one but I could see and feel a glimpse of who I really am.  It was like a break through pain type...I would have periods that I would feel awesome then I would be back down agien.  Eventually you win and you are "on top" longer than the bottom.  I thought that the more active I stayed the stronger I would get faster.  The fatigue was the worst!  It gets better!!

Hey!  You will notice those lingering things slowly stop over the next few days.  Fatigue and insomnia seem like always the last to hang on!  But 8 days is great!  Keep it up.
