Screw the work. Just concentrate on getting yourself better. Eating really good is alot of work in itself. And making yourself do some kind of exersize everyday.

I have a stairmaster at my gym and i would go on it for like 5-6 minutes and feel like i was gonna die. but each day i would try to go another minute. a good cardio exersize will get things moving faster. that and a good diet.

hope you are feeling great soon!!

That is a part of the process.  Are you taking any of the amino acids/supps/vitamins.  Those seemed to help me get some energy back.  At 14 dasy I wasn't very focused on or motivated for work either.  Heck, I still am not back to being able to focus...which is why I am on here so much ;-)

I think that will come with time.  Try to take it in small spurts.  Try to focus for a good 15 minutes, then take a break and walk around for 5 minutes.  I have started going out for a 10-15 minute walk every few hours and that helps me a lot.
