i c u r 10-12 percs a day..were they 5 or 10 mgs?
tyrosine is great for energy..and exercise is great as well...5htp will help depression as will phenylalanine...read up on the amino acids..and exercise as much as u can...get the endorphins going
I don't know how long you've been clean or how long you were using or what you were using but i do know that walking, walking and more walking will help with your depression. Also you could look into the health pages (top right) and look under the amino acids, some of those will help too such a 5HTP and L tyrosine and DLPA.
