I'm 26 days clean from a 250 to 300mg of norco a day, my sleep is slowly coming back and I'm starting to feel normal by the day, I was on them for for about 20 months. The first 10 to 15 days I thought I would never be normal (I think that's what makes most of use again) but at day 20 things started to get better. I hope this helps and does not discourage you in any way, it just takes time and you have to stick with it no matter what.

Good luck, and stay on this forum.

Congrats!!!  This will take some time...since you are one week, i would definetly take the immodium very often...As for as the sex thing that does take time too, and gets alot better..
I started gaining weight back after a few weeks...Hang in there, you are doing great!!
