i posted earlier and im on day 4 of vic detox and have had a couple highs but mostly lows with my physical withdrawal...i am thinking of going into the ER to see if they can give me something to help me sleep and check out my stomach...my stomachs a mess i cant eat and it feels like its tight and i am having major acid reflux....i dunno if i should just wait a couple more days or go in..

Would be nice...sleep is precious in fighting any battle...I feel literally ill when I dont have it...thanks to thiss forum and learning, I had myself set up for that problem before-hand...If going to the ER can help u be more comfortable in any way and help your chances of success...go for it....could be a long wait so bring a book or something...or say you are having chest pain and you will be first in line!  LOL  no just kidding...do you have a doc you could call and talk to?

I'm truly sorry you're hurting like this.  I've been there a bunch of times myself.  I'm on day 6 clean and I had absolutely no withdrawals.  I used Seroquel to get me clean and it works.  It just lulls you into a comfortable place to where you can cope.  You don't have much more pain to endure, in the next few days you'll begin to feel much better and this will all be just a bad nightmare.  Ask for the Seroquel if you need to go to the hospital.  I know the world you're in and I wouldn't wish it on my worst but this will pass soon.  Take care.  Bill

The stomach thing was bad for me...it passed.....Milk of magnesia can help alot...sleep thing...you can get some OTC meds like melatonin..even tylenol pm...have u tried any of that first?  If you feel you need to go to the ER, u r the best judge of how u feel...u do not want to become dehydrated....are you able to keep fluids down?
