Wat is hyper adrenal called?

Is there such a thing as hyper adrenal?

No I do not think that there is anything like Hyper Adrenals. It is a very complex relationship, thought, between the Thyroid and the Adrenals and it is very tricky to fix both at the same time, I guess. Do you get tightness in the chest sometimes? I do when I try to go up on Armour and for instance now when I switched from 100 Synthroid to 88 Levoxil. I do not have body wormth but I can't get up in the morning and I stay very late at night. They told me that I have a problem with my Circadian rithms and I am trying to fix it. They say you can get the Heart palpitations when you have too much thyroid or too little.

There is hypercortisolism. Then it is called Cushing's Disease or Cushing's syndrome - it is covered over at the Brain Tumors/Pituitary Forum.

I had Cushing's disease. I also cover over here as my adrenals were removed to resolve the Cushing's. You can get heart palps from the cortisol. Sleep patterns are disrupted. You cannot fix the circadian rhythm on your own - the source of the cortisol has to be investigated and treated. The symptoms very much overlap with thyroid - I was told that for years as I have hashimotos, hypothyroidism, a few nodules and some other crud wrong with my thyroid too - it is gone now.

Cushings, thats it. But that's a full blown disease. Not much on the possibility of pre-coursers or their symptoms. Bear with me....trying to put together a puzzle as many here are.  Well I should get another 24 hr saliva cortisol test.

Cushing's covers a lot - not everyone has every symptom, and not every one I met looks like the pics in the medical textbooks - I at first looked normal but felt bad but if you look at my pics, you can see that I started to look bad too (but I was told I was fine, just fine).

I know people that barely gained, some gained tons. I know people with and without the stretch marks, w/wo hump, etc. etc. -

I was at first told my issues were PCOS, thyroid or fibromyalgia.

So that would be relieved in a adrenal saliva test as well, correct?

Guess it time to shell out cash for another saliva test.

I dont have any weight problem.- odd for thyroid as well.

Found a doc willing to look at the body as a whole - just a GP, but listens to symptoms, just had a thyroid test and testosterone at the office.

I get the tightness in the upper chest area when I take even small doses of armour.  I am low on T3, while on synthroid, my doc switched me to levoxyl and armour.  I have hashi's and adrenal fatigue and sleep has always been my main problem.  Lack of sleep pushed me even deeper into adrenal fatigue.  The funny thing is, when I do take some armour, my sleep quality improves slightly, quite puzzling, you think you would have the reverse effect.  I can't tolerate it however because it makes breathing more labored due to tight chest.
