Well, the answer to your question could fall onto two categories. Either the aneurysm may be too small or not an issue to cause complications that it can be left alone; or management may be too complex/ complicated depending on its size or location or when it is believed that treatment may not yield the desired results, where the risk of treatment may not be justified.
