confused and fearful
I recently had a small cerebral embolism ( I do not know the exact word in english, as a result I have been seing a couple Drs and taken several tests, my diagnostic is partial blockage of the left carotid up to 86%.

My Dr. thinks that I need surgery to in the end install a stent to improve the blood circulation and avoid a more severe problem, with a lot of risks involved.

My question is if there are any other alternatives or option that I clud go for in order to avoid this surgery

Based on the evidence I have read it is unlikely. If you don't get it treated you may end up with far worse problems such as a stroke - then all bets and life as you know it will be forever changed in some way.
