Hi!

Groin vibrations can be due to compression of spinal nerves or due to pudendal neuralgia as an initiating symptom. Male menopause and hormonal changes too can cause pelvic/groin tremors and hormone replacement therapy helps control these. It can also be due to deep vein thrombosis and duplex ultrasound is needed for diagnosis. Another possibility is inguinal hernia.

Since I cannot examine you and know other related conditions you may be having, nor is a detailed history possible on net, I have listed the various possibilities that should be looked into. Please consult your PCP for primary examination followed by proper referral. Take care!
