Anxiety, MS, or something else??

I am fairly new here and seeking some answers.  I've never been dx'd with anxiety or depression, but I have just been told my symptoms could be due to them.  I have been through an extremely stressful 9 months.  It all began when I was under a moderate amount of stress, but the physical symptoms have greatly increased my stress.  Here they are:
tingling all over, mostly hands and feet on left side, even face
blurry vision
muscles that shake when I bring limbs down from a raised position and going down stairs (calves seem to be muscles that are the least smooth)
burning muscle pain
I've had many more which I do think are due to anxiety (like nausea, tremors), but these only happen when I am really stressing like going to dr. appt.s and waiting for results.

I've been seeing a neurologist who first said not MS, then said maybe Devic's (like ms but worse), then said maybe mild MS, and now that all tests have come back negative he is saying it may be anxiety.  It has been a rollercoaster of emotions.  He tried me on Lexapro, but after two days of a quarter pill, I stopped it sue to nausea and insomnia.  I have had all kinds of tests, MRI's , bloodwork including vitamin testing, and it all comes back normal.

Does this sound like anxiety to anyone?  The unsmooth muscle movement really scares me.

Thanks guys.  Jennifer, some of my symptoms come and go throughout the day, such as the tingling and muscle pain and twitches.  The unsmooth muscle movement is constant and has been for about 6 months.
Has anyone ever been told their reflexes were brusk?  I was reading my Dr.'s report that is going to a 2nd neurolgist and that is something that he noted.

Do your symptoms come and go?  I see it's mainly been happening just over the past 9 months correct?  I had a doctor think I had MS before and I had MRIs, CAT Scans and a Lumbar Puncture test to rule all that stuff out.  It all came back negative.  I had some tingly feelings in my head and arms, sometimes my feet and then it turned to some odd movements and stuff.  My stuff is always changing it seems and I call them "attacks".  Finally I found out that I had Conversion Disorder.  It's where your mind feels that it can't handle your emotions/trauma that is going on and converts the emotions into physical symtpoms.  I guess it's the body's way of protecting itself.  I'm not really sure.  I don't think it's really understood just yet.  When I started taking anti-anxiety medication I started doing better.  And now that I've finally figured out what my trauma was that was causing it I am doing much better.  I would ask your neurologist if that's what he's thinking it might be if he's saying it's related to anxiety.  See if you can see a Movement Disorder Specialist and see what they have to say.  I've seen three Movement Disorder Specialists and they all agreed that it was Conversion Disorder that I had.  I'm not saying that what you have is Conversion Disorder...but it's just a thought.  I don't know your entire situation and Conversion Disorder can mimic a lot of neurological disorders so you have to be careful to be properly diagnosed on it being medical or psychological issues.  Hope this helps but this is just a suggestion...I'm in no way a medical expert on anything...lol just know what I've experienced.  Take care!
