Anxiety Brain tumor

Help me get my self very worried

First of all I've had headaches for around 4 weeks now think they first started and I firstly thought I had meningitis then a week later  I thought I had Ebola now I think I have a Brain tumor the pain is in the middle my  head it's dull and I wake up with it in the morning. Anybody else feel the same. I do get pains every where in my body from time to time but I also eat like 1-2 meals a day maximum and regularly mess up my sleep pattern.

Do you take OTC meds like Tylenol to try to deal with the headaches and have they worked? One glance at the headache remedy shelf in a drugstore will show you that many people have regular headache pain.

You didn't answer my question.
Also, if you think you have a tumor because of something you are experiencing (headache in your case) then googling will find a case of someone, somewhere, or at some point in history that had your problem that turned out to be a tumor. Likely the same thing with  Ebola, meningitis, you name it - look it up and you will find someone with your symptoms that got those diseases.
btw, Here is another question for you. There are only 3 Americans with ebola and they all worked in west Africa or treated someone in a hospital setting, none in UK where you live so don't you think you have been wasting your time worrying that you had it? If the answer is it was a waste of time worrying, then give it up with the self-diagnosis career and see doc for your health concerns instead.

One thing I often notice when responding to someone with burning, itch, ouch, twitch etc concerns is that I often feel the same thing they have as I type a reply - obviously I didn't catch a disease that moment so I probably have a few things going on all the time to minor degrees and pay no attention to them because unlike you, I do not think I have any of the 3 diseases you have self-diagnosed yourself with.
What made me remember the above is that as I left my computer I noticed a slight headache and wondered how long it had gone on. By the time I got back to write this I noticed a slight itch too, lol.

Pains, sleep patterns, time of day you get a headache and irregular meals likely have nothing to do with each other but only doc can diagnose you. I had sinus headaches all my life which as far as I know is nothing for me to worry about so yours might also be nothing of interest to doc, but have him check you out if you want a diagnosis.
