fainting spell anxiety???

you know the feeling like when you see blood ( if you are squeemish you know what I mean) like your stomach drops and gets an abnormally warm faint feeling like you are going to pass out.. I keep getting that over and over and i'm wondering if thats a normal anxiety symptom..  also, is it normal for anxiety to last for hours?..   please help

its near impossible to pass out durring a panic attack. i get that feeling too but ive never once passed out over 7 years. you heart is beating so fast that the blood is pumpin and that makes it impossible to pass out. the feeling is hard to get rid of. if you eat something right away that will usuall help a lot. but just remember you are not goin to pass out. no matter how bad it feels and ive had it where i couldnt even function before but still never went down.

My first panic attacks started because I started fainting as a child of 4.  Gradually, I grew afraid of fainting and had panic attacks about the fear of fainting.  Now, that fear is basically gone, but unfortunately the panic attacks are not.  Just now when I have panic attacks, I am pretty certain I won't pass out.
