Anxiety around the same time each year

I am a 22 year old female and I've been having a strong feeling of axiety for the past few days, this is not a new thing, I have noticed that for the past 5 years or so I get similar "episodes" where I constantly feel like something bad is going to happen, which leads to me being very anxious and moddy, almost angry, all the time. It always starts around October and gets worse by November only to completely go away during December. I am usually fine the rest of the year which is why I find it so weird. I've never seen anyone about it and I don't know if I should. I was wondering if anyone had a similar experience and could point me in the right course of action.

This is me also. I always have anxiety out through the year but it seems like when oct nov comes my anxiety gets worse. Last year it was so bad I had a constant chest pressure it started in oct and didn't fully end until the middle of dec . I'm starting to feel weird Again like I'm going to die soon etc idk why it's so scary .

I think I know what's happening to you .you have SAD .it's a seasonal affective disorder. This happens to me to. Your doctor might put you on an antidepressant. Try some light therapy, this might work, got my lamp on Amazon.

I've thought about this, and yes I've noticed a pattern of unfortunate things that have happened in that time frame but I don't know if I would go as far as to say any of them where traumatic

Did anything traumatic happen at this time of year in your past?  That can often trigger emotions at the same time of year later on.
