Anyone On Luvox

Hi All
I have just started to take Luvox for anxiety, I dont know which is worse the meds or the anxiety, I know its only early days (3) How long will this nausea last?  I think I am having a combination of both at the moment.  Just know that trying to do it without medication only made me worse.  I wish I hadnt fiddled around for so long before making this decision.

I was on luvox and I hated it. it made me sick and gave me the worst nightmares ever.If this continues see your doc about changeing the dosage or getting ma differnet med. good luck.

Hi Venora
How long were you on luvox, and did the symptons settle down more each day? I feel like a zombie and cant motivate myself to do anything.  I am also taking a sleeping med that give me about 5 hours.  I am so scared of what I am doing to my body with all thus stuff and its so hard to just take whateve pill your doctor gives you try.  Thanks for communicating with me. Hope you are okay now.

sorry to take so long to get back to you I was on it for about 4 weeks.I BEGGED the doc to get meoffit. but every one is different.How is it working for you.I hope you are feeling more energetic.I know taking pilss can be a pain but it sure beats depression.Just think if this were even like 50 years ago we wouldnt have these resourses and we would be in some horrible institution getting zapped.
I am on celexa and zyprexa now and they work wonderfully for me.Let me know how you are.

Hi Venora, thanks for your support, I am going okay I think: its been a week now and at least im not shaking anymore.  I feel a little bit better each day.  You are so right about medications I just knew I had to get some help I was in so much pain and discomfort from my anxiety symptons.  These seem to easing day by day.  I will give it the full two weeks before I go back to talk to my doctor.  A little bit afriad of developing fear of going out...its all to east to just be at home.  I guess because I live alone I have no choice I have to buy food, although I havent eaten properly for months.
I am so grateful for this site and all the information and hope that by sharing we can all help each other and I see how helpful you are to other people.
